Cancellation Policy
PLEASE NOTE: A credit card may be required to reserve an appointment. We request a 48 hour notice of cancellation for all appointments. Failure to show or cancel within the 48 hour guideline will result in a 100% charge of that appointment.
*All online appointments that are “no shows” will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
If you will be a first time guest at FIX Salon, here are a few things to keep in mind before your appointment. Payment for services is in the form of cash or credit/debit cards. We do not accept personal check. We also request that no children accompany you to your appointment.
